G80 graphics card line up! Specs and pricing!
I did a little research and found a chart that was in Chinese. I then did my best to translate the chart. ![[Image: G80%20chart.jpg]](http://www.asusreviews.com/forum/images/assets/G80%20chart.jpg) I was reading around online, and also discovered that the 8950GX is basically two 8900GS 512MB cards with a higher memory clock. It will have a total of 1GB of Dedicated Video memory! Making 2GB's of GDDR4 in SLI possible! Another thing that will be very interesting is the 8900GS. It appears to be at a very good price! $199 for the 256MB version and $249 for the 512MB version. Judging by the specs, the memory clock speed is slightly faster, but the memory interface is only 256bit instead of 320bit. 8900GTX in SLI?! or 8950gx in Quad sli (with proper drivers)? It seems that this generation, both early and refresh, is nVidias. The 8900GT seems to be at HD2900XT level. There are 3 (5 if you include 8800 ultra and 8950GX) cards above that. I have a hard time seing ATI topping this lineup, no matter how good the HD2900XTX is. If only they could sort out their drivers.

Well Gigabyte successfully developed a motherboard capable of running 4GPU's. The motherboard has four PCI-E slots. If ATI and Gigabyte get the drivers right, then it could be pretty darn fast. And beat out any two of nVidia's cards in SLI.
